Launched during the first confinement at the request of the association Jobs Germany, the “Within reach of Dreams” program was able to help 8 participants, in 2 different groups, to move forward in their professional lives during a very delicate period. Within reach of dreams
Coach for 2 years, this is the first time that I have started coaching in (small) groups, and I find it wonderful! The participants inspire each other, learning from each other's progress in all kindness. This results in very dense, very rich, very strong exchanges!
